4. PLANNING COMMISSION MASTER PLAN WORKSHOP (action may be taken) Presentation by
County staff and discussion with the Lyon County Planning Commission regarding the development and preparation of the County-wide Comprehensive Master Plan; which may involve any and/or all of the subject matters, or portions thereof, set forth in NRS 278.150 through 278.230 and related topics which includes maps, charts, drawings, diagrams, schedules, reports, ordinances and other printed or published materials; community design; conservation; economics; historical properties preservation; safety; school facilities; seismic safety; solid waste disposal; streets and highways; transit; transportation; community plans; goals and policies; and implementation measures and actions. Additionally, the staff and Planning Commission may discuss the status of the Comprehensive Master Plan project and the next steps to be taken.
