1.     SULLIVAN, M.W. & CROSBY, KATHRYN /SULLIVAN-CROSBY TRUST – DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT – Request for a Development Agreement regarding the Sullivan-Crosby Trust Parcel Map, approved September 17, 2007, to define the expiration date and phasing of required improvements for the parcel map and construction of the new Stagecoach Fire Station for the Central Lyon County Fire Protection District; located in the vicinity of U.S. Highway 50 East and Stagecoach Drive, Stagecoach, NV (APN’s 15-441-01 through 15-441-05; 15-441-14 through 15-441-20; 15-531-01 through 15-531-16; 15-191-07 through 15-191-10; and 15-191-25 through 15-191-27) PLZ-09-0053

2.     SULLIVAN, M.W. & CROSBY, KATHRYN /SULLIVAN-CROSBY TRUST – STREET NAME REQUEST Request to reserve the street name of Alice Springs Way; located east of Stagecoach Drive, 500 feet North of U.S. Highway 50 East, Stagecoach, NV (APN 15-441-20) PLZ-09-0054

3.     NORDYKE ESTATES /NORDYKE PROPERTIES, LLC – STREET NAME REQUEST - Request to reserve the street names of Ferrari Lane and Dry Creek Court for two individual rights-of-way; located south of Nordyke Road and east of Hwy 339, Mason Valley (APN 12-332-15 & 12-332-16) PLZ-09-0048


4.     ZILLER COMMERCIAL CENTER/ ZILLER COMMERCIAL CENTER, LLC/ BAUER, HERMAN K. & EMMY A., TRS. – PARCEL MAP, MERGER AND RESUBDIVISION - Request for a merger of three commercial lots and a re-subdivision into four commercial lots, on approximately 1.20 total acres;  located at 330, 350 & 390 Ziller Way, Dayton (APN’s 06-042-04, 06-042-08 & 06-042-10) PLZ-09-0051

5.     BURKETT, OWEN D. & CATHERINE W. – SPECIAL USE PERMITRequest for a special use permit for a residential industry to allow the construction of wooden outdoor furniture, including upholstering, located at 618 Occidental Drive, Dayton (APN 19-340-10) PLZ-09-0050

6.  SANTA MARIA RANCH II/DAYTON LAND DEVELOPERS, LLC – MASTER PLAN AMENDMENTRequest to change the Master Plan Land Use Designation from Low Density residential to Specific Plan on approximately 653 acres located between US 50, Ophir Mill Road, and the Carson River in Dayton. (APN 16-151-94, 16-261-11, 16-261-14, and 16-261-18)  PLZ-08-0041

 

7.  SANTA MARIA RANCH II/DAYTON LAND DEVELOPERS, LLC – SPECIFIC PLANRequest to approve a Specific Plan to guide the development of approximately 2,192 residential units consisting of a mix of single family attached and detached units, multi-family units, and senior community residential, including attached, detached, and apartment style units, and 20 acres of commercial development on approximately 653 acres located between US 50, Ophir Mill Road, and the Carson River in Dayton. (APN 16-151-94, 16-261-11, 16-261-14, and 16-261-18)  PLZ-08-0041

SPECIAL USE PERMIT REVOCATION RECOMMENDATIONS

 

10.  BARSTOW, WILLIAM / AMERICAN PROPERTY SERVICES - ZONING – RR-3T – Special use permit issued June 2007 for an additional mobile home on 4.54 acres of property under the hardship exception, located at 6560 Angel St., Silver Springs (APN 17-151-01)

 

11.  PLANNING COMMISSION MASTER PLAN WORKSHOP (action may be taken) Presentation by County staff and discussion with the Lyon County Planning Commission regarding the development and preparation of the County-wide Comprehensive Master Plan; which may involve any and/or all of the subject matters, or portions thereof, set forth in NRS 278.150 through 278.230 and related topics which includes maps, charts, drawings, diagrams, schedules, reports, ordinances and other printed or published materials; community design; conservation; economics; historical properties preservation; safety; school facilities; seismic safety; solid waste disposal; streets and highways; transit; transportation; community plans; goals and policies; and implementation measures and actions. Additionally, the staff and Planning Commission may discuss the status of the Comprehensive Master Plan project and the next steps to be taken.
